Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I know that buying or selling a home is one of the most important things you will ever do, and I want to help make that experience as smooth and successful as possible.

My commitment as a your North San Diego County real estate agent is to provide the specialized real estate service you deserve to assist you in meeting your real estate goals.

As a former business executive and legal counsel to a number of high technology ventures in San Diego, Buyers and sellers both benefit from my experience in the negotiating, structuring and closing of complex transactions ranging in value from the tens of millions to well in excess of a hundred million dollars.

With a Bachelors of Engineering degree from The City College of New York, a Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from New York Law School, and an M.B.A. degree (with distinction) from New York University. I am in a better position to identify issues and protect client's interests than most other agents.

As a resident of North San Diego County for the past sixteen years, I also bring you an extensive knowledge of the area, its communities and home values. 

In a nutshell, I am not your ordinary real estate agent, and I bring to you a high level of commitment, experience, knowledge, integrity and skill.

I also offer services to homeowners in the areas of loan modifications and "short sales, and provide free consultations to homeowners regarding options for possible foreclosure avoidance.

On a personal note, I currently live in Carmel Valley with my wife and son, and we all enjoy living in America's finest city.  I am a past President of the Dad's Club at Solana Highlands Elementary School, and have been a member of the Solana Beach Foundation for Learning "RISE" program (Realtors In Support of Education).
